We understand that these companies in distress become completely different entities with the addition of validating customers that can include product, customer(s), joint venture partner(s), licensee(s) or combinations of these.

We understand that deliverables with a date certain are basically pipedreams but deliverables focused on a unique customer or market can have a reasonable degree of time performances.
